Shipping Rates and Options

We offer domestic shipping, with rates and delivery times varying based on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. You can view the shipping options and rates available to you during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

We process and ship orders within 2-5 business days of receiving payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option you selected at checkout.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE, and the customer is FULLY responsible for any return shipping fees additional to the original one. 

Due to the artisan and custom nature of products purchased from Home of Memories, returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted, unless defects, damages, or you receive the wrong item by mistake.

In the event of an exception of exchange, the customer will be responsible for ALL shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If items are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit to the client, Home of Memories will not be held responsible. If any of the above mentioned happened, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

If you choose to have your items reshipped and/or redone, Home of Memories will not cover the cost and cannot guarantee an expedited completion and delivery of your items.
