Refund policy
All of our products are hand-crafted and carefully produced, and because of this and security reasons, we DO NOT accept changes or returns under ANY circumstances. Shipping and handling charges are ALWAYS non-refundable.
All non-returnable items include: gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and special tools.
*All sales are final on items purchased during a SALE.*
Shipping fees can be a real hassle for us all so please carefully read our shipping policy prior to making a purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately, within 5 days of receiving, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only exchange items, for the same item purchased, if any of the above happens to occur.

Refunds
If for some reason we make an exception and approve a return, you will be notified by email, and will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your refund is late or is missing, first double check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company, there is often a processing time before refunds are posted.
